Who we are
NWN Vision
- "Empowering Tomorrow’s Global Citizens Today: NWN envisions a world where young adults in developing countries, especially in regions like Nigeria, possess the life skills, personal development insights, and network support to navigate life’s challenges successfully. Our vision is a future where every young individual becomes a Life Ready Individual (LRI), equipped not just for personal success but also for meaningful contribution to their communities and the global society."
NWN Mission Statement
- "Navigating with Noel is committed to bridging the skill gap faced by young adults aged 18-35 in developing countries. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive learning experience through our unique 6-month curriculum, combining the UN life skill curriculum with holistic personal development. We aim to nurture Life Ready Individuals (LRIs) who are well-rounded, emotionally intelligent, financially literate, and spiritually aware. Through our pillars of Learning, Accountability, and Networking, we offer a supportive community, mentorship, and resources like studio access, investment opportunities, immigration and oversea study support and global internship placements. Our goal is to expand our reach across Africa, empowering more young adults to become influencers in their domains and proactive members of the global community." These statements reflect the essence of NWN's goals and methods, capturing the transformative journey it offers to young individuals and its broader impact on society.

Learning
“Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow.”
Anthony J. D’Angelo.
Every one of us must strive to be lifelong learners. The older we get the better we should be at learning and at the heart of that endeavor is self-education.
Self-education is simply deliberately going the extra mile in teaching yourself beyond what you are/were taught in school.
There is no better way to express this than in the words of Mark twain, “I have never let my schooling interfere with my education.”
How are you self-educating yourself today?
“Commit yourself to lifelong learning. The most valuable asset you’ll ever have is your mind and what you put into it.”
-Albert Einstein.
To learn is to be given totally to change.
Accountability
What’s your internal and external stimuli?
“To be accountable means that we are willing to be responsible to another person for our behaviour and it implies a level of submission to another’s opinions and viewpoints.”
― Wayde Goodall
Accountability is a crucial component of any achievement, and it is sweetest when we are vulnerable enough to help each other grow. But, this appears to be the one that individuals struggle with the most.
When we accept responsibility, we put ourselves in a position to make the required changes to be successful, whereas when we look for someone to blame, we put ourselves in a position to fail! It robs us of our power.
Choose to be accountable today; there is always someone to lift us when we are ready to stretch our hands. At NWN, not only are our coaches willing to walk with you, our community members are also here to cheer you on and ensure you hit your targets.
Who are you accountable to?
“On good teams, coaches hold players accountable. On great teams, players hold players accountable.” – Joe Dumars says
Networking
Your Network is your Net-worth
Zig Ziglar said “You can have everything in life you want if, you will just help enough other people to get what they want” also Steve Jobs noted that “Technology is nothing. What’s important is that you have a faith in people, that they’re basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they’ll do wonderful things with them.”
