"There have always been people in my life from whom I am learning and others to whom I am trying to pass it on. Like runners in a relay race, we all have a responsibility to pass on the baton."

For over two decades, Pastor Noel has invested in raising dependable men and women of excellence across various spheres of life and influence. His driving statement summarizes the urgent need for mentorship in our society: young people need seasoned individuals who can take them by the hand and walk them through life's different stages.

The Navigating With Noel community was born from this conviction — to ensure life is meaningful and goals are achieved within set targets. Every programme, every conversation, every connection is designed to move you from where you are to where you want to be.
